LYSAGHT Corrugated Steel Pipes are robust, dependable, economical and versatile structures. They are used for culverts, bridges, underpasses, conveyor housing, storage bins, and many other special structures.

LysaghtCSP continues to make a significant contribution to highway and related developments requiring efficient drainage.

Corrugated Steel Pipe is also used in the construction of underpasses, canopy for conveyor system, grin silo storage & irrigation drainage.

 


In addition to the standard circular pipe LYSAGHT GROUP manufactures a variety of other products, including pipe arches, arches, nestable culverts, underpasses, flumes, liner plates, sewerage pipes and structural plates.

Corrugated Steel Pipe combines strength with light weight, facilitating handling and construction on site with attendant economic benefits. Corrugated Steel Pipe is hot dip galvanized to Bristish Standard BS729/BS EN ISO 1461. When requested the galvanizing is bitumen coated in the factory for additional protection in particularly harsh environments.

The pipe is assembled from corrugated sections with edges fitted together using an array of offset cuts and held together with stitches and bolts. In fact it is also possible to order these corrugated sections drilled ready for assembly using nuts and bolts, if desired.

For normal ground conditions, the notched pipe is recoomended and it has the advantage of ease of assembly
 
For difficult ground conditions, the bolted pipe is available if desired, and the pipe has the advantage of a more rigid joint and can support a greater height of cover.
